Consultation
I offer a free 20-minute consultation (either on the phone or in my office), so we can get a sense of whether we are a good match. It is also an opportunity to see how I can best help you, and if my services meet your individual needs.
Reduced Fees
If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have a limited sliding scale or I can connect you with another counselor to serve your needs.
Rates
A session is approximately 50 minutes, and my current hourly rate is $120. If you will not be using insurance and require a self-pay fee, hourly rates can be discussed before the initial appointment.
Insurance
I am currently considered an in-network provider for Beacon, Cigna, Horizon BCBS, Humana, Optum and United Healthcare. I am considered an out-of-network provider for other insurances.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Out of Network
I provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
Payment
Cash or check is accepted for payment at the time of service.
