Face the challenges of life head-on with the right tools & resources

Are you ready to take back control over your life? I’m here to listen, and help you to build the skills needed to overcome challenges.

It starts with a healthy mind, and a fresh perspective. This is your first step on a journey toward building a healthy lifestyle; including developing a positive mental and emotional health, and overall well-being. You’re taking the first steps on a journey, but you’re not taking them alone.

Whatever obstacles and struggles someone may be going through in life, I consider it a privilege to help them. I understand that the clients I see are entrusting me to give them the right resources to guide them down a new path so they can achieve their own goals. Whether you, your child, a family member or someone you know is struggling or is seeking change, it may be better to navigate these waters together.

By setting up a consultation, we can get started.

I consider my clients to be more than just another name, or an appointment. It is my goal to offer them practical resources that they can put into practice immediately. I use individualized approaches, as well as evidence-based methods, to fit each client’s individual needs with understanding.

For children and adolescents, therapeutic play and art activities allow for exploration of life events, and communication at various ages & developmental levels. I use play as a tool for mental health counseling, as it allows for children to learn life skills through creative mediums they are already familiar with on a universal level.
